Implementation and integration services

We work with highly qualified business partners, where required, to deliver total solutions to our customers. This includes feasibility studies, implementation of our product set, as well as integration into the customer's existing environment.

Support

We provide our customers with support in line with formal Service Level Agreements depending on the applicable product or solution. Support levels include both working day and extended hours (dial up or phone, on site on call).

Consulting services

Our technical personnel continue to invest in researching new technologies and methodologies whilst our business personnel keep up-to-date with both local and International business trends. Our wide experience and knowledge affords us the ability to offer consulting services in all aspects of our solutions, from product implementation right through to product integration.
