Prescient goes live with Peresys' Hermes

JSE member Prescient Securities recently migrated successfully to the Peresys JSE SETS trading and OMS platform, Hermes. According to Calvyn Du Toit, technical Manager at Prescient, 'Our decision to go with Peresys was founded on several factors, including the need to embrace Electronic Order Routing and DMA, which our institutional customers are increasingly demanding.'

‘Our conversion to Hermes went ahead on the 1st August without any hassles. The change over was handled with professionalism and was as smooth as can be expected. The Peresys team were on hand for any issues surrounding the implementation, of which there were few and were dealt with speedily.' added Calvyn Du Toit.
