Clients are seeing major efficiencies in month-end administration via the use of overnight batch processes managed by Connex. Additionally, specialist integration resources can now focus on automation solution delivery like the recent project at a major agent lender, where Connex integrates Slams with the custodial system, resulting in the automatic update of off-market transaction settlement statuses. Additionally, the new Slams architecture allows for ease of integration between Slams and the client’s general ledger system. Connex is also being used as a means of communicating transaction edits to audit and compliance staff on a daily basis.
