The FIX protocol is a standard messaging protocol for financial instruments governed by a non-profit organisation with representation from all major market participants globally. Peresys initiated and implemented the first South African based FIX hub thus offering affordable FIX messaging to market participants and clients in a secure, high-speed environment via a single physical connection. Clients use the Peresys FIX hub for order routing, direct market access (DMA) trading, FIX IOI's and FIX allocations.

FIX has been unanimously accepted and adopted by market participants in South Africa and globally.
